Is a multi ethnic/multi racial advocacy organization founded by Avani Haden in 2021 with a mission to promote inclusion and empowerment of persons of all multiethnic descent.
Goals
Our Goals are Growing and Evolving:
⁃ To provide a safe space for children of all colors and multi-racial/ethnic descent to explore and celebrate all aspects of their heritage
⁃ To provide educational opportunities through community outreach programming and free tutoring
⁃ To mentor, provide support, advice and roll modeling through the strength of the individuals in our group
⁃ To support self esteem and resiliency for children of color and multi ethnic descent through small group projects
⁃ To increase awareness and respect in the community for the unique perspectives that those with multiethnic heritage can offer
Our Mission: Activism

-In Schools: promoting affinity groups for multiethnic children
-In Politics: contacting representatives and school board members
-In Government: engaging with the local office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
-Petitioning for change

-Programming local gatherings for small groups
-Curriculum development with those from all backgrounds in mind

Giving those of mixed heritage a safe space, a forum, to discuss their challenges and dreams

Together we continue to prove that life is an exquisite mosaic made of distinctive individuals who defy labels, best appreciated by zooming out for the big picture of what we can each contribute through our differences, while expressing the overriding beauty of all that we can accomplish together.
